RPD assisted Parole and Probation with a search of Dumont's residence. While assisting, Decamp and Reynolds pulled up in the listed vehicle and both were detained for parole violations. Richardson rode up on his bike and he was also detained for a parole violation. All were arrested for violating various clauses of their Parole.

On 04/14/2018 Jaramillo went to Albertsons, Home Depot, Staples and Walmart where he fraudulently used victim’s debit card. Jaramillo used victim’s stolen card to charge over $1,700 in charges.

Officers initially responded for a report of a disturbance and made contact with Padilla who was very paranoid and appeared to be under the influence of an illegal substance. Padilla's landlord assured officers he would be able to get Padilla to calm down.
Approximately 30 minutes later, officers were called back to the listed address due to Padilla becoming aggressive, hallucinating and walking out into the middle of the street. While trying to get Padilla to calm down, several neighbors complained about the loud noise Padilla was causing. Padilla refused to go back inside his residence and admitted he used cocaine, which was the reason for his behavior. | ||
