Happy Valley PD, Sheriff's Office seek public's help in search for 'FedEx Faker,' package thief posing as FedEx employee; suspect video available

The Happy Valley Police Department and Clackamas County Sheriff's Office are asking for the public's help as they work to ID a brazen package thief who impersonated a FedEx employee while stealing packages off a Happy Valley porch.

At 2:05 p.m. on Wednesday, June 6, an unknown suspect stole several Amazon packages from a residential porch located in the 13000 block of SE Kingsfisher Way in Happy Valley.

The victim reviewed home security cameras and found striking footage of the suspect. The video shows a newer blue sedan pulling in front of the victim's residence. The driver -- a white adult female wearing a lime-green baseball cap and a jacket embroidered with a silver FedEx logo -- walks to the porch and removes three to four packages from the porch. The suspect drops the packages at the bottom of the stairs before loading them into the back seat of the sedan and fleeing the scene.
