Lochner was driving southbound on NE Winchester and stopped to turn right into the carwash. Yegge was behind him and took his eyes off the road before he crashed into Lochner's vehicle. No one was injured and Lochner was able to drive his pickup from the scene. Yegge later towed his van on his own as it sustained significant front end damage.
