Lochner was driving southbound on NE Winchester and stopped to turn right into the carwash. Yegge was behind him and took his eyes off the road before he crashed into Lochner's vehicle. No one was injured and Lochner was able to drive his pickup from the scene. Yegge later towed his van on his own as it sustained significant front end damage.

Yegge was cited and released and parties exchanged information.

Peter Gingris reported an unidentified male, later identified as Timothy Vernon, hit him in the head with either a wine bottle or a red pipe.

Peter had an approximate 2.5 inch gash on the top, front portion of his head, which resulted in him requiring nine staples.

While attempting to contact Timothy later on in the day, a foot pursuit ensued but was caught and arrested.
