Vernon was already at DCC from a previous case. Further investigation resulted in Vernon being charged in relation to this incident.

Harmon was very upset after his meeting at the DHS officer went poorly. Harmon was riding his bike out of the Harvard entrance and threw his bike up against the side of Perez's car, leaving two small dings in the passenger door. Harmon was detained next door to DHS without incident and admitted to throwing his bike out of anger.
