Hillsboro Fire Reaponds to Truck Rollover
Hillsboro Fire and Rescue - 07/24/18
Hillsboro Firefighters were dispatched to a Report of a cement truck rollover at the intersection of NE Walker Road
and NE Stucki Avenue just before 2pm. Arriving crews on arrival found a loaded cement truck on its side with the driver still entrapped inside the cab of the truck. Firefighters used heavy cutting and extrication tools to remove the driver. The driver of the cement truck was transported by Metro West Ambulance to Emanuel Hospital with unknown extent of injuries.
The cause of the crash is being investigated by Hillsboro Police. The intersection will be closed for an unknown time. A crane is being called to assist with getting the truck upright.
