Public's Help Sought to Locate a Missing Eight-Year-Old Child and Dog in Lloyd Neighborhood
The Portland Police Bureau is asking for the public's help to locate a missing eight-year-old boy and his dog, last seen in the area of Northeast 2nd Avenue and Clackamas Street in the Lloyd Neighborhood at approximately 5:15 p.m. on Saturday.
Eight-year-old Josiah is a Black male and was last seen wearing a blue and green striped pullover and is walking his small dog named "Boy." Josiah is hearing impaired and may be difficult to understand. Josiah normally wears headphones.
Officers and family are checking the area and are asking for the public's help to look for Josiah and Boy.
Based on the information thus far, it s believed that Josiah and Boy went for a walk and likely got lost. There are no indications of foul play
Anyone seeing Josiah and Boy is asked to immediately call 9-1-1.
