Foley and Mullins were traveling northbound on NE Stephens when Foley crashed into the back of Mullins’ vehicle. Mullins said he was driving, and all of a sudden was hit by Foley. Foley said he was behind Mullins and saw the vehicle slow down, but couldn’t stop before striking Mullins’ vehicle. There were no injuries reported and both vehicles were driven from the scene.

| Cody allegedly punched the window of his vehicle out while his wife was attempting to leave the driveway of their residence. Cody's two-month-old newborn son was in the back seat when Cody broke the driver side rear window causing it to shatter. Shards of glass rained down on the newborn in his car seat. He then removed the car seat from the vehicle and took off on foot with the newborn. Officers contacted him, arrested him without incident, and returned the child to his mother. | ||
