Missing 11-year-old

On September 10, 2018 at approximately 8:45 a.m. Beaverton Police officers learned 11-year-old Erik Derby had been found safe at a friend’s house.
Beaverton Police Department would like to thank our community members who helped share this story via social media outlets, helped look for Erik, and our media partners.
Beaverton Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 11-year-old boy.
Erik Derby was last seen at Fir Grove Elementary School, located at 6300 SW Wilson Ave., around 8:30 pm on Sunday, September 9th, 2018. Erik has brown hair and is 4 feet, 8 inches tall with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a blueish-grey sweatshirt.
We’re asking anyone who has seen Erik, or has any information about his location, to call 503-629-0111.
