I-84 WESTBOUND is closed in Baker City between Exits 302 and MP 253 due to semi crash blocking all WB lanes near MP 253. The crash involves a flatbed trailer carrying steel beams which are scattered across the freeway. Closure is expected to last several hours. Closure extended from La Grande to Baker City due to no safe truck parking in La Grande. Motorists are advised to wait for freeway to open. Expect winter conditions if alternate routes are used.
