FATAL SINGLE VEHICLE CRASH

On March 6, 2021, at approximately 1:25 AM, 911 dispatchers received a call of a single motor vehicle accident involving a vehicle under a semi-trailer in the 2200 block of NE Industry Drive.  Police Officers and Firefighters from the Grants Pass Department of Public Safety, along with AMR personnel and the Josephine County Sheriff’s Office, responded to the location.   Upon arrival, the crashed vehicle was located under the front of the parked semi-trailer and the single occupant driver, a 58 year old male resident of Grants Pass, was pronounced deceased at the scene.  The investigation is ongoing and all names are being withheld until next of kin have been notified.
