Yow allegedly stole merchandise from Fred Meyer earlier in the day. Goddard and Yow returned to Fred Meyer about one hour later and Goddard attempted to return the items, but was denied by employees. Goddard and Yow left the business in the above vehicle, and were stopped a short time later in the Elmer's parking lot. Hall was also in the vehicle, and had the above listed warrant. Hall was arrested without incident and lodged at Douglas County Corrections. Goddard, who was suspended, was issued multiple traffic citations.
