On Tuesday, August 28th, 2018, DINT arrested 33 year old Anthony McGregor of Roseburg. Mcgregor was wanted by the Roseburg Police Department in connection with a release agreement violation. At approximately 12:45 PM, DINT located McGregor in the 5000 block of Grange Road, in the Green area. McGregor was detained without incident. A search of McGregor revealed almost a half pound (207.3 grams) of suspected methamphetamine, packaging materials (typically used to package smaller amounts of drugs), a set of scales (typically used to weigh out smaller quantities of drugs), and an undisclosed amount of cash. This is the second recent arrest of McGregor by DINT. On August 20th, 2018, DINT arrested McGregor after he was found to be in possession of approximately 165 grams of suspected methamphetamine and 44 grams of suspected heroin. That day McGregor was charged with Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Heroin, and Unlawful Delivery of Heroin. On that date, 27 year old Rebecca Lowry, of Winston, was arrested with McGregor and she was charged with Unlawful Possession of
Methamphetamine, and Unlawful Possession of Heroin. Lowry is currently still lodged in the Douglas County Jail. Lowry had three other outstanding warrants for her arrest. Anthony McGregor has been lodged in the Douglas County Jail on his most recent charges of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, and Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine, as well as Violation of Release Agreement (in connection to the Roseburg PD case). |
