Looking for Additional Victims in Sex Assault Investigation

On March 12, 2020, Jon Paul Powell, age 48, of Eugene, was charged with Rape in the First Degree and Sodomy in the First Degree.

The charges are related to a case involving a minor that occurred in August, 2019. The Eugene Police Violent Crimes Unit is continuing to investigate this case, and are concerned about the potential of additional victims.
