Firefighters Engaging A Fire Southwest of Camas Valley

Firefighters from CFPA and DFPA are responding to a report of a fire Southwest of Camas Valley in the Twelvemile Creek drainage this afternoon. The fire is burning in an active logging operation in a remote access area and is roughly 10 acres. Fire crews are being assisted by several helicopters as well as landowner resources. Cause of the fire is under investigation. No structures are threatened at this time.
