Mercella Ruiz was last observed at her residence by her mother in their northeast Grants Pass Home at approximately 1700 hours.  She was wearing a white T-shirt and black leggings at that time.  Mercella has a history of past suicide ideations and attempts.  If seen or located, contact the Grants Pass Department of Public Safety at 541-450-6062.
