I think this is a VERY SAD situation... this man has mental problems, is homeless, and the County should try to help people in these type situations... not just keep splashing. their plight all over the media... this guy needs to be put in a foster care home where someone could help watch him & help him keep track of important dates/things... and NOT get into trouble. He was a very nice young man once in his life.
