Johnny Ray Bohannon Arrested For The Murder of Rebecca Elaine Reeves

This afternoon the Coos Bay Police Department made an arrest in the homicidal death of Rebecca Elaine Reeves. The police have arrested 47 year old North Bend resident Johnny Ray Bohannon. He was arrested at the Coos Bay Police Department. He has been lodged at the Coos County Jail on a charge of Murder in the Second Degree.

I will be filing formal charges with the Coos County Circuit Court against Mr. Bohannon later today. I anticipate that Mr. Bohannon will make his first court appearance on June 10, 2022.
