DETAILS: | Officers stopped Jonathan for not having a front license plate and driving over the fog line. During their contact, officers learned he was impaired, and he agreed to perform field sobriety tests. Jonathan performed poorly and was taken into custody without incident. Once at Corrections, he provided a BAC that BAC wasn't consistent with his impairment, and they requested a urine sample. Kennedy invoked his rights, resulting in the Officer applying for and was granted a search warrant to seize a urine sample. |
