NORTH PRECINCT CONDUCTS RETAIL THEFT MISSION

Portland Police Bureau

On February 5, 2024, North Precinct officers conducted a retail theft mission which resulted in 11 arrests, 20 traffic/subject stops, 2 stolen vehicle recovers, 1 vehicle elude and 10 warrants served.

The suspects arrested or cited are:

Cecilia Evans, 07/16/1993, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, warrants

Andrew Brian Trapp, 34, Theft in the Second Degree

Kiana Ramirez, 19, Theft in the Third Degree

Nickole L Croft, 33 Theft in the Third Degree

Justin K. Boswell, 44, warrants

Taylor Carlson, 25, Theft in the Second Degree, Drug crimes, warrant

Austin Gartner, 37, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, warrants

Lisa Mottaghi, 57, Theft in the Second Degree

Aaron Martin 44, Theft in the Second Degree, Drug crimes

Nadja Cunningham, 43, Theft in the Second Degree, Theft in the Third Degree

Scott Watson, 60, Theft in the Second Degree, Parole Retainer

This week’s mission is one of many retail theft missions conducted by the Portland Police Bureau over the last year. The missions have culminated in hundreds of arrests, firearms seized, stolen cars recovered and stolen merchandise recovered. In many cases, these individuals are involved in criminal activity that extends far beyond retail theft. Therefore, the apprehensions go a long way in improving livability across the area.

These retail theft missions will continue for the foreseeable future in order to deter retail theft and other crimes across Portland.
