American Red Cross - Cascades Region  - 05/29/18  Disaster responders with the local American Red Cross responded to a single family home fire disaster on Monday, May 28, 2018, at approximately 11:30 p.m. in the 6000 block of N. Macrum Avenue in Portland, Oregon. This single-family fire affected three adults. The Red Cross provided resources to help address the immediate basic needs of those affected such as temporary housing, food, clothing, comfort kits with toiletry items, disaster health services, disaster health services, disaster mental health services, and information about recovery services. Additional information about this incident, if available, may be obtained from the local first responding agency/fire department. One Dead After Crash in Unincorporated Molalla

Clackamas Co. Sheriff's Office  - 05/28/18  At 12:49 p.m. on Monday, May 28, 2018, the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office received multiple  911  calls about a traffic crash near the 12000 block of S Dart Rd. in unincorporated Molalla. Callers reported that a vehicle had left the roadway and rolled several times before coming to a rest. Callers informed dispatchers that the three occupants of the vehicle all appeared to be seriously injured. Over the next several minutes, multiple Sheriff's Office deputies arrived at the scene and -- with the help of the Molalla Police Department, and the Molalla Fire District -- triaged the patients. One of the passengers, a 20 year old female from Michigan, was pronounced deceased on-scene. The driver, an 18 year old male from Molalla, as well as the other passenger, a 21 year old male from Molalla, were both rushed to Portland-area hospitals due to their injuries. Attempted Murder

Newport Police Dept.  - 05/28/18  On May 26, 2018, at approximately 6:00 p.m., Newport Police Officers were dispatched to a disturbance at the Agate Height Apartments located on NE 60th St.  Initial information reported was that a six year old boy had ran to a neighbor’s apartment and told them his mother stabbed him.  It was reported that the juvenile had a visible stab wound and was covered in blood. The neighbor called police and began rendering aid to the child. Responding Officers located the juvenile victim in the neighbor’s apartment and confirmed that he was suffering from multiple stab wounds.  Officers secured the scene and paramedics continued rendering aid to the child. Officers identified the mother of the child as Nemoria Villagomez, age 34, of Newport.  Officers also learned that Villagomez had another small child in the apartment with her. Portland Police Bureau  - 05/28/18  The suspect taken into custody during a stabbing investigation on Sunday, May 27, 2018, in the 12400 block of Northeast Siskiyou Street has been identified as 25-year-old Todd Schneider. Schneider was lodged in the Multnomah County Jail on a charge of Assault in the First Degree. Detectives with the Detective Division's Assault Detail continue to investigate this assault. Suspect drives vehicle into the Clackamas River after a high speed chase

Sheriff's Office  - 05/28/18  Please reference CCSO Case # 18-015334 The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an attempt to elude after a deputy tries to stop a vehicle for traffic violations in the city of Estacada.  Photos are attached. At approximately 10:10 pm on May 28, 2018, a Clackamas County Sheriff’s deputy observed a black Land Rover commit several traffic violations.  The deputy then checked the speed of the vehicle with his radar and watched as it accelerated to nearly 100 mph.  The vehicle was headed eastbound on Hwy 224 and was just entering the city of Estacada, OR. The deputy attempted to conduct a traffic stop but the driver would not stop.  The deputy gave chase and pursued the vehicle on Highway 224 east to mile post 33. The deputy lost sight of the vehicle near that location. Deputies checked the area and later discovered the suspect had driven straight off the road on a curve. Portland Police Bureau  - 05/27/18  On Sunday, May 27, 2018, at 6:22 p.m., East Precinct officers responded to the report of a stabbing in the 12400 block of Northeast Siskiyou Street. Officers and emergency medical personnel arrived and contacted an adult male who appeared to have been assaulted by a person with a knife. Medical personnel transported the victim to a Portland area hospital by ambulance for treatment of what are believed to be serious life-threatening injuries. As officers and emergency medical personnel provided the victim medical aid, additional officers searched the area and located a person of interest in this assault investigation. The person of interest, an adult male, has been taken into custody. Preliminary information suggests there was a disturbance between the victim and the person of interest in this assault in a field located on the northeast corner of Northeast 122nd Avenue and Northeast Siskiyou Street. Assault Investigation Underway on SE Powell Blvd - Two People Injured

Portland Police Bureau  - 05/27/18  On Sunday, May 27, 2018, at 5:39 p.m., East Precinct officers responded to the report of a stabbing at DV8 Lounge, located at 5021 Southeast Powell Boulevard. As officers responded to the location, a caller to 9-1-1 reported a disturbance occurred between multiple people at the location as a customer was asked to leave. Officers arrived at the location and located two people with injuries. Emergency medical personnel responded to the scene and provided medical aid to the injured people. The person, witnesses identified as the customer, suffered what was believed to be serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The injured customer's injuries were possibly caused by a bladed instrument, such as a knife. The injured customer was transported to an area hospital by ambulance. Suspect Arrested After Robbery Sunday Afternoon in SE Portland Identified

Portland Police Bureau  - 05/27/18  The suspect arrested in connection with a robbery that occurred at the Shell Gas Station, located at 2450 Southeast 122nd Avenue, earlier today has been identified as 29-year-old Earnest L.J. Brown. Brown was lodged at the Multnomah County Jail on charges of Robbery in the First Degree, Robbery in the Second Degree and Theft in the Second Degree. Members of the Portland Police Bureau Detective Division's Robbery Detail continue to investigate this robbery.
