9-1-1 SERVICE AFFECTED DUE TO FRONTIER TELEPHONE SERVICE OUTAGE

Frontier has notified the Sheriff's Office that service has been restored to the area.

The Douglas County 9-1-1 Center has been notified that Frontier is experiencing a telephone service outage in the communities of Milo and Tiller. The exact number of residents without service and an estimated time of repair is unknown according to Frontier officials. 

Residents affected by the outage may not be able to summon emergency services on their Frontier service landline. Residents with cellular service may be be able to dial 9-1-1 from a cellular device, otherwise they may go to the Milo Department which is manned with fire department personnel.
