Injury Motor Vehicle Crash Terrebonne

Deschutes Co. Sheriff's Office - 03/30/2018

On March 30th at approximately 6:35am, deputies were dispatched to a vehicle rollover on NW 43rd St. near NW Chinook Dr.  Deputies determined that the driver, George Johnson, swerved to miss a deer while negotiating curves traveling southbound at this location.  His vehicle lost control and went off the west shoulder and rolled coming to rest on its roof.  Johnson was able to remove himself from the vehicle and was transported by ground ambulance by Redmond Fire Department to St. Charles Hospital in Redmond with non-life threatening injuries.  The roadway was not blocked as a result of this crash.  Speed, alcohol, or other distracted driver are not believed to be factors in this crash.
