Hunter was stopped on Diamond Lake, facing east, preparing to turn north onto Winchester when her light turned green and she started her turn. Adams’ vehicle, which was west on Diamond Lake, was stopped at a red light preparing to turn north onto Winchester. Hunter thought the path was clear so she started her turn and collided with Adams. Hunter was complaining of pain and was transported to Mercy via ambulance. Her vehicle was parked in a nearby lot and Adams’ Tahoe was driven from the scene.

Davis stated while traveling east on Stewart Pkwy in the right lane, she was hit by Cox. She said her signal was green and Cox failed to yield for her. Voigt stated Cox ended up hitting his parked vehicle while he sat at the intersection. Voigt said he didn't see the collision, but only saw Cox hit his vehicle.
Cox stated he was traveling west on Stewart Pkwy when he believed Davis was turning north onto Mercy Drive after traveling east on Stewart Pkwy. He stated he had a yellow flashing signal and thought he was safe to turn as he believed Davis was turning north onto Mercy Drive. All three vehicles were towed from the scene. | ||
