Bryant took the 124 SB off ramp and was in the process of making a right (eastbound) turn onto Harvard. Bryant was operating a self-loading log truck. The trailer assembly broke and the load of 16' logs were dumped onto the roadway. Whitaker Logging responded to assist and the logs were loaded onto a separate truck and removed from the area.

Bryant was issued the above citations and there were no damages to any property. All of Harvard was shut down for about one hour, and three lanes were closed for about an hour and a half.

Ashlee and Aaron were contacted near the 1700 block of Mill Street in their 1993 Subaru hatchback. They hi-centered their vehicle on the train tracks disabling it in the process. The vehicle had to be towed from the scene. Both of them were arrested on Trespass I charges and Parole violations. They were booked and lodged at Douglas County Corrections.
