OSP requesting public assistance regarding sex crime at Beachside State Park near Waldport - Lincoln County

Concluding a lengthy investigation, Oregon State Police Major Crimes Section has arrested Don Lee McAlpine Jr, for Rape in the 1st Degree. McAlpine allegedly raped a 26 year-old mentally disabled female at Beachside State Park between August 10 and August 12, 2018.
OSP is requesting the public’s assistance in obtaining any information from anyone who might have stayed at or passed through Beachside State Park from August 10 through August 12.
