Suspect Identified in Sunday Evening Domestic Violence and Shooting Investigation

The suspect arrested during a domestic violence assault investigation, in which the suspect is believed to have fired a gun, on Sunday, November 25, 2018 has been identified as 42-year-old Jason R. Wicker.
Wicker was lodged at the Multnomah County Jail on charges of Domestic Violence Menacing (two counts), Domestic Violence Assault in the Fourth Degree, and Unlawful Use of a Weapon (two counts).
Members with the Portland Police Bureau Family Services Division's Domestic Violence Reduction Unit and Tactical Operation Division's Gun Violence Response Team responded to the scene and assumed the investigation.
