On 12/25/2018 at approximately 1910 hrs, deputies with the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to a report of an injury crash on SW Canal Blvd near SW 61st Street in the Redmond area.

Upon arrival, deputies determined that a black 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Salena Wilson, age 21 of Redmond was southbound on SW Canal Blvd.  Near the 7000 block of SW Canal Blvd, the vehicle left the roadway and traveled off the right shoulder.  After leaving the roadway, Wilson struck a fence and then crashed into a tree head on.
