Victim Identified in Friday Death Investigation in Lloyd Neighborhood
Portland Police Bureau - 12/22/18
The deceased victim located in a motel room at the Motel 6, located at 518 Northeast Holladay Street, has been identified as 18-year-old Ian R. Olson of St. Helens. A member of the Oregon State Medical Examiner's Office determined Olson died of homicidal violence as a result of a gunshot injury.
This remains an open and ongoing investigation and no suspects have been taken into custody in relation to this homicide investigation.
At this time there is not believed to be a danger to the community in relation to this homicide .
