ODOT: SW Oregon - The northbound Interstate 5 off-ramp at Sutherlin (Exit 136) is closed due to a vehicle crash and fire. No estimate for re-opening the ramp is available at this time. Motorists traveling north on I-5 are advised to use Exit 135 to reach south Sutherlin.
All lanes of I-5 and all other ramps at Exit 136 are open.
