Gresham, Ore.— Gresham Police is looking for the suspect vehicle in a fatal hit and run. This morning at approximately 5:20 a.m., police responded to the report of a person down on the eastbound I-84 181st Ave. off-ramp. Officers arrived on scene and located an adult female that was deceased. It appeared that the female was struck by a vehicle.
