Single vehicle crash on Dick George Rd. - Josephine County

The preliminary investigation revealed that a red Honda Civic was traveling on Dick George Road when for unknown reasons left the roadway and rolled several times.
The three occupants, none believed to be wearing seat belts, were all ejected.

On Friday, July 5, 2019 at about 12:04 A.M. Oregon State Troopers and emergency personnel responded to the report of a single vehicle crash on Dick George Road near Cave Junction.
The preliminary investigation revealed that a red Honda Civic was traveling on Dick George Road when for unknown reasons left the roadway and rolled several times.
The three occupants, none believed to be wearing seat belts, were all ejected.
Occupants are identified as:
- Roman Duncan (21) of Cave Junction sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased.
- Makenzie Holmes (21) of Cave Junction was transported with serious injuries.
- Thomas Pitts (19) of Grants Pass was transported with serious injuries.
Oregon State Police was assisted by Illinois Valley Fire Department, AMR, and Mercy Flights.
