Bend Man Arrested For Uploading Child Pornography

Detectives with the Bend Police Department began an investigation and learned the location that the child pornography was being uploaded from and possible suspect information.
On October 3, 2019 at 10:00 hours, officers and detectives with the Bend Police Department executed a search warrant at 664 NE Shirley Court in Bend where they contacted Joshua Zachary Campbell. Campbell was the lone occupant at the residence. Evidence was located and seized from the residence. Campbell was taken into custody and transported to the Deschutes County Jail where he was booked on the below listed charges.

On September 9, 2019 the Bend Police Department received a tip from ICAC (Internet Crimes Against Children) Task Force in Salem. The tip was in reference to an unknown individual in Bend that was uploading child pornography.
