Sex Offense Investigation

Grants Pass Department of Public Safety Detectives received information that Kenneth Sinor was having sexual relations with 15 year old females. A subsequent investigation revealed that Sinor did have a sexual relationship with a 15 year old female. Sinor was arrested on the listed charges and lodged at the Josephine County Jail. It is believed there are additional juvenile females who have had sexual contact with Kenneth "Jay" Sinor.

Rape 3, Sex Abuse 2 (x2), Sex Abuse 3, and Sodomy 3 (x2)
