Fatal Crash on Hwy 138W - Douglas County

Preliminary investigation revealed that a blue Ford Focus, operated by Corydon Stillwell (37) of Sutherlin, left the roadway and struck a tree.
Stillwell sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased.
OSP was assisted on scene by Sutherlin Fire Department, ODOT, and the Douglas County Sheriff's Office.
On Friday, December 20, 2019, at approximately 4:05 P.M. Oregon State Police Troopers and emergency personnel responded to the report of a single vehicle crash on Hwy 138W near milepost 21, approximately 3 miles west of Sutherlin.
