WANTED: Marshall Brodie Elliot (photo attached)
CHARGES: Robbery I, Assault II, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Burglary I, Unlawful Use of a Motor Vehicle, Criminal Mischief II
DETAILS: On Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at approximately 11:56 AM, a Deputy with the Josephine County Sheriff’s Office observed Marshall Brodie Elliot outside of a residence at 1657 Sun Glo Drive in Grants Pass, Oregon. Elliot is wanted on the above listed charges in reference to an ongoing investigation, which is being conducted by the Sheriff’s Office. It is believed that Elliot concealed himself in the residence after seeing the deputy. Based on the nature of the charges Elliot is wanted for, the Sheriff’s Office requested assistance from the Grants Pass Department of Public Safety.
Officers immediately responded to the scene to assist. The Sheriff’s Office obtained a search warrant for the residence and the Grants Pass Department of Public Safety SWAT team responded per request of the Sheriff’s Office.
As of 4:00 PM, the Sheriff’s Office and Grants Pass Department of Public Safety are still in the process of conducting the search warrant in attempt to arrest Elliot. Anyone with information about Marshall Elliot is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 541-474-5123.

Upon further investigation it was determined that Marshall Elliott had fled out of the residence prior to law enforcement securing the perimeter. Marshall Elliot remains a wanted fugitive. If you have any information regarding the whereabouts of Marshall Elliot please call the Josephine County Sheriff's Office at 541-474-5123. If you come in contact with Marshall Elliot please call 911.
