ONLINE SEXUAL CORRUPTION OF A CHILD

On 06/01/2020, 42 year-old Fredi Soto-Dominguez contacted a female juvenile via a social media platform.  While speaking with the juvenile, Soto-Dominguez planned to meet with her in order to have sexual contact with the juvenile.  

Detectives with the Grants Pass Department of Public Safety contacted and detained Soto-Dominguez; he was later lodged in the Josephine County Jail for Online Sexual Corruption of a Child in the First Degree and Luring a Minor.
