Online Sexual Corruption of a Child

On 06/03/2020, 27-year-old Justin Concha contacted a male juvenile via a social media platform. While speaking with the juvenile, Concha planned to meet with him in order to have sexual contact with the juvenile.
Detectives with the Grants Pass Department of Public Safety contacted and detained Concha; he was later lodged in the Josephine County Jail for Online Corruption of a Child in the First Degree, Luring a Minor, Tampering with Evidence and Encouraging Child Sex Abuse (10 counts).
