SHOOTING UNDER INVESTIGATION

Salem, Ore. — On Sunday, February 14, 2021, at approximately 4:00 a.m., Salem Police officers responded to 3300 block of Astoria WY NE on a report of shots fired. Arriving officers located two adult men at the location with serious injuries including gunshot wounds. Officers provided immediate trauma treatment until medics arrived.

Detectives responded to the scene and are actively working the case. The initial findings indicate there is no danger to the public.

This is an active investigation and no identifications will be made, nor medical conditions released at this time.
