DETECTIVES ARREST RIDDLE MAN ON SEX ABUSE CHARGES

RIDDLE, Ore. - A Riddle man is in custody on sex abuse charges following an investigation by Detectives. 

On Friday, August 28, 2020, deputies took a report of sexual abuse. Detectives took over the investigation and on March 4, 2021, the suspect, 40 year-old Joseph Clayton Harp of Riddle, was arrested. He was lodged at the Douglas County Jail on the following charges: 

• Rape 1
• Incest
• Sex Abuse 1

The victim was known to Harp.
