Roseburg Police Department

From 12:11 AM to 6:11 AM this morning (Monday), Roseburg Fire Department and Roseburg Police Department personnel responded to thirteen intentionally-set garbage can and dumpster fires in the Southeast Roseburg area.  The fires were scattered from the Mosher/Pine St. area to the Over park and down to Riverside Park near the Visitor’s Center, with the last one being set on the Bike Path at the base of Reservoir hill.

Although both Fire and Law Enforcement personnel were out in force throughout the early morning hours, the person or persons who lit these fires were not located.  We are asking that anyone with information regarding these fires contact the Roseburg Police Department.
