Three missing children found safe, mother is in custody

 McGrady was arrested today in the Sacramento, California area. The children have been recovered and are safe. EPD Violent Crimes Unit detectives wish to thank the FBI offices in Eugene and Sacramento, and the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office for their assistance with this case.
