DEPUTY PAUL LANCASTER FUNERAL PROCESSION

CORVALLIS, Ore. – Benton County Deputy Paul Lancaster’s procession will occur on Saturday, June 26, 2021, starting at approximately 8:30 am. The procession – limited to first responders – will be extensive and traffic delays are expected between 8:30 – 10:30 am.

Many agencies are expected to join the procession, which will begin at Oregon State University’s Reser Stadium in Corvallis, and end at the Linn County Fairgrounds and Expo Center in Albany for a celebration of Deputy Lancaster’s life. The procession will travel:

• East on Western Ave
• North on 5th St
• East on Van Buren St
• North on 2nd St
• East on Highway 20 thru downtown Albany
• North on Highway 99E to the fairgrounds

The service will be held in the B Hall of the Expo Center and begins at 11:30 am. Immediately following, there will be a reception in Hall A.

The Benton County Sheriff’s Office encourages you to line the funeral procession route to pay respects to Deputy Lancaster. Please be sure to remain out of the roadway and use alternate routes for any regular travel.
