MISSING ADULT - ENDANGERED

GPDPS is asking for your help in locating 74-year-old Hayden “Jay” Collins. Jay was last seen around 7am on Ramsey Ave in Grants Pass, driving a silver Honda CRV with Oregon plate ZBK837. He is described as a white male adult, 5'7" tall, with dark brown and gray hair (balding) and bifocals. Jay was last seen wearing a blue shirt with multi-colored handprints, blue athletic pants and red Nike shoes. If you have seen Jay, please call us at 541-450-6260.

Please see the attached photo of the vehicle being driven by Hayden Collins who is still listed as a missing person. The vehicle was last seen on Union Avenue near the hospital at approximately 7am.
