The Grants Pass Department of Public Safety is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Hailey Blackwell. Hailey Blackwell was last seen on the afternoon of August 17, 2021 after she left home on a walk to Subway (on Agness Avenue). Hailey was last seen wearing all black clothing with dark makeup. She is described as a white female with straight black hair, approximately 30 years old, 5’2” tall, and weighing approximately 300 pounds. Hailey likes to spend time at Walmart, Winco and Dutch Bros.
