FOUND SAFE-GRESHAM POLICE SEARCHING FOR ENDANGERED MISSING ADULT

Gresham, Ore.— Shortly after the previous press release was sent out, Kenneth Childs was located by Portland Police, and he has been reunited with family. The Gresham Police Department thanks everyone who helped look for him. 

Gresham, Ore.— Gresham Police is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 73-year-old man who gets confused easily and is not dressed for the cold weather. Kenneth Childs left his home in the 3900 block of SE 14th in Gresham near the intersection of SE Orient and SE Barnes, on foot, at around 11:30am today. He has graying curly brown hair, hazel eyes, and a white moustache and was last seen wearing a green plaid shirt, a Vietnam Veteran baseball hat, and blue jeans. He is an amputee, missing his left leg, and is using forearm crutches. He is approximately 5-feet-6-inches tall and weighs around 160 pounds. Kenneth does not have a cell phone with him, and his family does not know where he would go.
