GRESHAM POLICE SEARCHING FOR MISSING ADULT

Shortly after Mariano “Dan” Lucerne went missing this afternoon, he returned home and is safe with family. The Gresham Police Department thanks everyone who helped look for him. 

Gresham, Ore.— Gresham Police is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 77-year-old man who is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Mariano “Dan” Lucerne left his home in the 2000 block of NW Bella Vista drive in Gresham, on foot, at around 1:15pm this afternoon. He has brown hair and was last seen wearing a black Vietnam Veteran baseball hat, dark blue windbreaker, and blue jeans. He is approximately 5-feet-6-inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. Dan does not have a cell phone with him, and his family does not know where he would go. Anyone who knows of Dan Lucerne’s whereabouts is asked to call non emergency police dispatch at 503.823.3333.
