LCSO Case #22-1451 – Missing Person

 

47 year old Manuel Joseph Bayya has been reported as a missing person.  He was last seen in the Elmira area on March 7th, 2022.  He commonly travels on a red sport-bike motorcycle.

Bayya is described as a Native American male standing approximately 5’10” and weighing approximately 170lbs.  He has brown hair and brown eyes.
