Bank Robbery Suspect On-The-Run in Gold Hill Area

GOLD HILL, Ore. - Jackson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) deputies are attempting to locate a Grants Pass bank robbery suspect spotted on I-5 mile near Gold Hill around 6:15 this morning. JCSO deputies are searching for the suspect with K-9 and drone units.


The suspect is Donald Lawrence Denney Jr., 41, from Lakeside, Calif. He is described as 6’4” tall white male weighing 230 lbs. with multiple neck tattoos. He has brown hair and green eyes. Denney is presumed to be armed.


The suspect’s vehicle was towed and he was last seen on foot. If you see Denney do not approach. Instead call 911 with his location.

    Apparently, this idiot robbed a bank and had a bagfull of money. Yet he let his getaway car run out of gas. So he was on foot and was captured by a police K9.
