SUSPECT ARRESTED FOR PUBLIC INDECENCY, ADDITIONAL VICTIMS SOUGHT

On Monday, October 10^th, 2022, at approximately 7:04AM Sherwood Officers were dispatched to a prowler call at the Sunfield Lakes Apartment Complex. The caller reported seeing a male looking inside multiple ground floor apartment windows and appeared to know the layout of the complex. Officers arrived on scene and identified the male as Armando Servin-Talavero of Hillsboro. 

Further investigation later showed that Mr. Servin-Talavero was seen outside a window with his genitals exposed while masturbating. 

On Tuesday, October 18^th, 2022 Sherwood Detectives arrested Mr. Servin-Talavero for ORS 163.465 Public Indecency.
