Donaldson Arrested on the charges of Burglary I, and Assault IV
On January 29th 2023 the Coos County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch Center received a report of an assault which had occurred on Wygant Road, near the City of Coos Bay. Sgt. S. Moore responded to the location an began an investigation into the incident.
During the investigation it was learned the suspect, Brian A. Donaldson (41) years of age of Coos Bay, broke into the residence of his ex-girlfriend and subsequently assaulted her. The confrontation was broke up by a neighbor and Brian left the scene prior to police arrival on scene. At the conclusion of his investigation Sgt. Moore issued probable cause for the arrest of Brian A. Donaldson on the charges of Burglary I, and Assault IV (Domestic).
On February 3rd, 2023 Deputies B. Davis and Freerksen responded to a business in the Coos Bay area while following up on this case. Ultimately, Brian A. Donaldson was located and arrested. Brian was transported to the Coos County Jail where he was lodged on the charges of Burglary I, and Assault IV (Domestic).
